..."I like the song, the video and the musical company that you keep."
Danny McCloskey, The Alternate Root

..."Steves' slightly-reedy vocals, similar to Brian Henneman's work with the Bottle Rockets work well with both the barnstorming electric tracks as well as the more sensitive country songs."

Back To You, available pre-release
Finally, after a long delay due to the pandemic it's time to get, "Back To You" . The official release date is July 16. The latest album will only be sold here at this website, and at all shows. Along with Steve, the new album features, Eric "Roscoe" Ambel (guitars, vocals) Keith Christopher (bass), and Shawn Murray (drums). Back To You features 11 songs written by Steve and highlights the roots genres that authentically flow from him; folk, rock, and country blues, all within the framework of imaginative tales and narratives. The album offers up his unique, oft-times subtle comic take on politics, religion, guns, and life in general.
